I am still trying to process the information from 11-14-2014 Psych Staff mtg where we were informed that besides the "snapshot" observation now there will also be an evaluation by peer, SPA and principal(s). While I understand that the post-ob and evaluation may be combined, my concern is that once again we are spending significant amount of time in the EET process and away from the kids. Is this something that is happening in other disciplines in HCPS? Is CTA aware of this?
